I have been actively engaged in the practice of law as an Oregon State Bar member since 1982.

I graduated from the University of Connecticut and Northwestern School of Law and I have been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 1982. Areas of Practice
- Personal Injuries * Including persons injured in automobile collisions, pedestrians hit by moving vehicles, injuries to passengers on public transit, slip and fall cases, injury by a defective product, medical malpractice, dog attack cases and wrongful death actions.
- Workers' Compensation * Including persons who have been injured on the job yet their claims have been denied and those with accepted claims but who have other issues to resolve.
- Social Security Disability * Representing disabled persons who have been denied disability and/or SSI benefits.
- Wills, Trusts and Probate My practice also includes carefully preparing affordably priced wills, trusts and other estate planning documents which I have done for hundreds of clients. Further, I have considerable experience in handling probates: my objective is to represent the personal representative of the estate to efficiently and effectively comply with the law and the wishes of the deceased.
- DUII and Traffic Crimes I have extensive experience in representing clients charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants and other traffic crimes and I will, according to my client’s preference, either aggressively defend my client at trial or plea bargain for a resolution satisfactory to my client.
